Ryan E. Faison is the Campus Pastor at Christ Church in Clifton, New Jersey, serving a racially, culturally and generationally diverse congregation. He has been on the staff at Christ Church since the fall of 2008, serving as a worship leader, Director of College Ministry, Student Ministries Pastor, and the producer of the annual prayer event, Prayerfest. Ryan's impact extends to BASIC College Ministries, where he serves on the Board of Directors, engaging college students through digital platforms, social media, and regional conferences. Since 2018, he has also been an adjunct professor at Pillar College, teaching transformative courses on spiritual formation, leadership development, and theological studies. Ryan is a worship artist and worship leader who released his first single “Your Will in Me”.
Ryan has had the opportunity to minister and speak at conferences, summits and workshops in the United States, China, Israel and most recently in Uganda with the Pastors Discipleship Network (PDN). These opportunities have afforded Ryan the unique perspective of impacting local, regional, national and global audiences. Ryan has also served as a worship leader for local and national organizations, contributing to many encountering the presence of God.
Ryan holds a B.A. in Political Science as an MLK Scholar from Seton Hall University, along with an M.Div. from Alliance Theological Seminary, equipping him to inspire and empower others. Ryan and his wife Kristyn serve in ministry together in worship and the preaching of the Gospel.

The Clifton Campus
Ryan serves as the Campus Pastor at the Christ Church Clifton Campus in Clifton, New Jersey. Along with his wife Kristyn, the Faisons lead a dynamic team of leaders and serving teams to serve the region with the Gospel using contemporary styles of worship and community engagement events. Led by Drs. David & Marlinda Ireland, Christ Church is a 10,000+ member multi-cultural, multi-ethic, and multi-generational congregation in northern New Jersey with locations in Montclair, Rockaway, Clifton and online.
